Neck pain

Neck pain is one of the most common musculoskeletal complaints and can affect people of all ages. It often develops due to poor posture, prolonged computer or smartphone use, stress, muscle tension, or previous injuries such as whiplash. Neck pain can range from mild stiffness to severe discomfort and may limit daily activities such as driving, working, or sleeping.

In many cases, neck pain is associated with reduced mobility of the cervical spine, muscle imbalance, or irritation of nearby nerves. Symptoms can also include headaches, shoulder pain, arm discomfort, tingling, or weakness.

Common causes of neck pain include:

  • Poor posture and forward head position
  • Prolonged desk work or screen use
  • Stress and muscle tension
  • Previous neck injuries or accidents
  • Degenerative changes in the cervical spine

How chiropractic care can help?

Chiropractic care offers a natural, non-invasive approach to neck pain relief. A chiropractor focuses on restoring normal movement of the cervical spine, reducing muscle tension, and improving posture and spinal alignment.

Chiropractic treatment for neck pain may include gentle spinal adjustments, soft tissue therapy, posture correction, and specific exercises to support long-term recovery. By improving joint mobility and reducing mechanical stress, chiropractic care can help relieve pain, improve range of motion, and prevent recurring neck problems.
