Payments
The treatments have to be paid after the session at our front desk. We prefer payment by card, but if this is not possible, you can also pay in cash.
After the payment, you will receive an invoice from us, which you can submit to your health insurer. By most health insurers, chiropractic care is (partially) reimbursed from the supplementary insurance. The reimbursement from the supplementary insurance does not count towards the compulsory deductible of € 385 per year. For more information about the reimbursement of chiropractic care, we advise you to contact your health insurer.
Cancellation policy
If for any reason you cannot make your appointment, we require notice at least 24 hours in advance so we can book another client in your time slot. Failure to do so will result in a € 35.- missed appointment fee.
